Another Missouri Community College Athletic Conference and Region 16 victory over St. Louis Community College has the Falcons sitting at 15-10 for the season. ECC knocked down the Archers by scores of 25-16, 25-19 , 25-19 in an away match in St. Louis, MO on Wednesday evening. The attack was paced by Samantha Staab, Jessica Kelly and Sarah Weiland. Coach Lisa Mathes-Peters was pleased with the offense play of the Falcons. She mentioned one offense bright spot being the play of Weiland while Kaly Roper was the defensive star of the match. Consistent performances from the starters along with good play coming of the bench will be the difference maker for the Falcons in the stretch run to the NJCAA Region 16 Tournament. Working out kinks in overall play and reducing mistakes will be the focus of the team.

ECC will host a number of matches at home starting with Rend Lake on Friday, October 12. Then the following morning on Saturday, Oct. 13 the Falcons will host Lindenwood University JV and Missouri Baptist University JV in a tri-match.
