The Falcons, now 9-4, were able to beat the Lindenwood University- JV by scores of 25-11, 25-22, 25-19 in the Southwestern Illinois College Tournament. ECC was led in the attack by Cameron Hackman, who collected 9 kills in the vicotry. Grace Goedde, Abigail Ruck and McKenzie Struckhoff also contributed to the attack with the trio registering 6 kills each. Kayla Borcherding and Mackenzy Vedder were the anchors to the defense as the reigsterd 14 and 11 digs respectively.
The Falcons struggled in the first set against the Parkland Cobras and lost 8-25. They improved the scoreline in next sets, but still dropped the match in three sets.
