The Falcons (7-4) were able to knock off the tournament host Southwestern Illinois College and Lewis & Clark Community College to start off the SWIC Tournament in fine fashion. The Falcons made quick work of the SWIC Blue Storm in the first match. The second match against Lewis & Clark went down to the wire as ECC won in five sets. The victory over the Trailblazers was an atonement for an earlier loss in the season at the Falcon Classic. ECC will face NJCAA DII #1 ranked Parkland College today. The Falcons will return home to face Missouri Baptist University JV later this week.
