The Falcons (10-8) were able to topple the Lewis & Clark Trailblazers in straight sets by scores of 25-10, 25-11, 27-25 in Godfrey, IL. The victory was sweet revenge after the ECC dropped a fifth set match to Lewis & Clark earlier in the season at home. The offense found life as Makayla Case registered 11 kills and Emma Coburn put 6 kills in the stat sheets.

A team defense helped keep the Trailblazers from finding holes in the backcourt. Trinity Clark led the Falcons with 16 digs. A strong performance has ECC playing in top form.

ECC will face Jefferson College at home on Wednesday, Sept. 28 and Spoon River on Friday, Sept. 30 to finish out a tough week of competition.
