The Falcons (17-10-1 ) decided to choose Farmington, Missouri as their launching pad as the team sent rockets over the fence against Mineral Area College in their double header sweep by scores of 13-0 and 16-3. ECC swept Mineral Area at home earlier in the season, but the scores were closer in margin. Haley Schulte picked up her 10th win of the season by pitching all seven innings in a 4-hit shutout victory. The bats were alive as Kelly Ferguson went 2 for 3 with a home run and 2 RBI. Nikki Abbott went 2 for 4 with  2 RBI as well.  Jenna Crider stepped up to the launching pad and sent one over the fence for her first college home run of her career.

The second game of the match-up went similar as the first in favor of the Falcons as Lily Prichard went 4 for 4 with two doubles and a triple. Another perfect performance at the plate had Kristyn England go 3 for 3 with two doubles and a home run. England collected 5 RBI as well as Kaili Edler who went 3 for 4 with a home run of her own. Maddie Greco after getting walked and hit by a pitch twice decided to let her bat do the talking with a grand slam rocket shot over the fence.
